The only way you can tell this picture was taken in modern times is the florescent light in the carport. You have to take note of the wiring in Cuba.

Tobacco of course is a major export of Cuba and this Palm tree (The Royal Palm,and it's trunk looks like cement) is the national tree of Cuba. The hut is a tobacco drying hut.
